Customers can register to participate/ purchase services at ePort by the following methods: transferring money to the account specified by ePort, paying in cash, or through online payment gateways.
2. Payment Methods:
You must provide us with a current, valid, and accepted payment method (referred to as the "Payment Method") to use the Service. This does not waive our right to seek direct payment from you through any other means if the Payment Method fails. If payment is unsuccessful due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you do not update your Payment Method information or cancel your account, you are still responsible for any unpaid purchase transactions or fees and allow us to continue payment based on the Payment Method. This may result in a change in your payment date. We use a third-party payment service provider to facilitate the use of your Payment Method or use traditional direct payment methods for your convenience in using our service. Your payment terms will be based on the Payment Method and may be determined by an agreement between you and your financial institution, credit card issuer/debit card issuer, or other provider of the Payment Method you have chosen. We disclaim all liabilities related to the security of the Payment Method. You will be responsible for resolving any disputes with your financial institution, credit card issuer/debit card issuer, or other provider of the Payment Method you have chosen.
The operating fee includes all required taxes by law. You agree that your fee must cover all taxes, tax obligations, fees, charges, and/or current expenses, however, there may be effective and relevant taxes introduced at any time in the future. You agree to make best efforts to comply with all necessary requirements and requests of relevant laws to enable us to request or verify any input tax credits, set-offs, discounts, or refunds for any taxes payable or paid in relation to the Service.
4. Payment Due:
You must complete the payment for the service order before the service is carried out at the port.
5. Refund or Exchange Policies.
SSIT ePort applies No Refund/ No Exchange policy:
Purchased transactions are non-refundable and we will not refund or credit for any partially used or unused activities unless you provide reliable evidence to prove that you have been incorrectly billed or in other cases.
We only issue refunds in cases where the transaction has been deducted from your account and the money has been transferred to our account, but our system does not record your order placement and you do not receive a successful order confirmation. In that case, please contact us at email@example.com.
After confirming the customer's provided information about the unsuccessful transaction, the refund process will vary depending on the type of account the customer is using:
(i). Domestic bank ATM card: refund within 48 working hours.
(ii) Visa/MasterCard (excluding Vietcombank): refund within 1 working week from the nearest statement date.
6. Service Booking Confirmation Email.
Within 60 minutes of successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed payment information to the email address you provided. We are not responsible if the email address/mobile phone number you entered is incorrect, resulting in not receiving our confirmation email. Please double-check this information before making the payment.

, we only accept complaints received from this email. After 60 minutes from the successful payment transaction, if we do not receive any email from you, we consider that all our responsibilities have been fulfilled. We do not accept any complaints or lawsuits after this time period.
The confirmation email of the order information may go to your spam mail, so please check them before contacting us.
7. Legal Responsibilities.
Unless otherwise noted in writing, all services, information, content, tools, products (including software) provided by us or displayed on the website and related products of ePort are provided based on our operating regulations and suppliers.
You agree that the use of our services, information, content, tools, and products or those displayed on our website and related products are at your own risk. We do not guarantee that any of our services, information, content, tools, or products or those displayed on our website and related products are free from viruses or any harmful agents. Unless otherwise noted in writing, we disclaim any legal responsibility for any damages arising from the use of our services, information, content, tools, and products or those displayed on our website and related products.
