Document No. 532 signed by the Director of Vietnam Maritime Administration Nguyen Xuan Sang, implementing the Resolution No. 35/2016 of the Government on supporting the development of enterprises (enterprises) by 2020, the Ministry of Transport issued 6 groups solutions to solve difficulties for businesses.
 
On that basis, Vietnam Maritime Administration is expected to work with specialized associations, seaport enterprises, shipping, logistics to review existing problems and propose proposals to the Government. specific, close to the needs of practice.
 
“The meeting will focus on key issues such as solutions to reduce transportation costs, improve capacity, improve the market share of Vietnamese enterprises; Planning, development mechanisms, conditions for business of seaport exploitation, shallow ports, dredging and maintenance of navigation channels; Financial issues related to fees, maritime fees, freight rates, extra-price surcharges; The implementation of declaration, listing and implementation of the application of new price brackets at seaports in accordance with the new Circular 54 issued by the Ministry of Transport in 2018 ”, said Vietnam Maritime Administration and requested associations and enterprises to send comments. , proposals related to the above issues to the Department before March 8, 2019.
 
Talking to Traffic Newspaper about the time of organizing the event, representatives of the Department of Transportation and Maritime Services, Vietnam Maritime Bureau said that the meetings and dialogues are expected to take place in the beginning of this month ( 3/2019).
 
"The Vietnam Shipowners Association and local ship owners associations such as An Lu, Diem Dien, Nam Dinh and Thanh Hoa will be the first units to work with the Maritime Bureau", said the representative.
